At one of the properties we manage, nature has provided us with an unexpected and heartwarming surprise. A little bird has chosen to make its nest right on the wreath that hangs on our front door. This charming and unusual event has brought us much joy, but it also presents a unique challenge that we are navigating with care and compassion.
The nest, intricately woven and meticulously crafted by the bird, now cradles a clutch of delicate eggs. Understanding the importance of not disturbing this natural process, we have decided that the safest course of action is to leave the nest undisturbed until the chicks hatch and are ready to fly away on their own.
To accommodate this new avian family, we are temporarily directing our guests to use the back door for entry and exit. We recognize that this may cause some inconvenience, but we believe that this small adjustment is a worthwhile effort to ensure the safety and well-being of our feathered friends.
We deeply appreciate the understanding and flexibility of our guests during this period. Witnessing the cycle of life unfold right at our doorstep is a rare and beautiful opportunity, and we hope that our guests will share in the sense of wonder and excitement that this event has brought us.
In the meantime, we are doing everything possible to make the back door entrance as welcoming and convenient as possible. Clear signage and additional lighting have been installed to guide guests seamlessly through the temporary change.
We are monitoring the nest daily, and as soon as the chicks have matured and flown away, the front door will be reopened for regular use. Until then, we thank our guests for their patience and cooperation, and we invite them to join us in this unique and touching experience of welcoming new life.
Thank you for your understanding and for being a part of this special moment with us.
Warm regards,
Homie Bees Team
